Open Enrollment period for enrolling in the Marketplace occurs annually from November 1st thru December 15th.  Certain circumstances allow for exceptions to the Open Enrollment period, to see if you qualify for a Special Enrollment exception please visit https://www.healthcare.gov/screener/
